Delete your FanSafari Tanzania account

In the app (instant)

Open the FanSafari Tanzania app, then Me → Delete my account → Delete. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email md@ric.co.tz with the subject “Delete my app account”. Include the name you used and, if you sent a trip request, your phone number. We delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, country, language, contact details)
• Your push notification tokens, inbox and passport stamps

Trip requests you sent may be kept for up to 24 months for follow-up and accounting, unless you ask us to delete them too.
